Villa Horbach
Villa Horbach is a very nice project to show what our national park and gemstone town of Idar-Oberstein has to offer: Old villas, often used as a grinding workshop. Unfortunately barely noticed for decades. This requires courage and a vision from the client. Like the Horbach family here! Today, the property in the immediate vicinity of the HAHN BAU GROUP is an exclusive hotel owned by enthusiastic customers. And the expansion is continuing, as shown by the inauguration of the new “The Workshop” area. We are very happy about that!
Project details
Our contribution so far: A towed dormer including statics planning, a steel-construction staircase with a 4-storey emergency staircase.
Our painters had to paint around 3000m² with 2500m³ of Q3 standard interior plaster.
The fire protection cladding for the listed wooden staircase and 500m² installation of ceiling covering were also challenges.
Outside, a staircase of 19 sandstone block steps was set, which complements the 530m² of cleaned and impregnated sandstone masonry.
In addition, 300m² of cement-lime plaster, reinforcing plaster and finishing plaster are added as felt plaster with the painting of the façade on just this 300m².

Alugas Pferdsfeld
This project included the construction of a modern steel building, the roofing of the degassing systems and the installation of a tent hall, supplemented by new paving areas.
